Angel is a modern Italian restaurant developed with a hospitality operator Kaval Group. Wine, prosciutto and occasional olive tasting by the entrance at the 4.5 metre long table, a take-away programme and a bar just opposite. Deeper in the space, there is a large sitting area. It is a rather simple articulation of the space with strong materials and repetition of motives. Solid oak all over the space, concrete and a hint of textile. And an open wood oven and a window into the kitchen just for the right feeling!
